Within the framework of a specialized conference and seminar, energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy in the plastics sector were promoted, with particular emphasis on companies located in the Duarte Industrial Park (PID).

Technical assistance: A need for greater specialized support was identified to structure and implement initiatives that strengthen industrial sustainability.
UNIDO methodology: Stakeholders agreed to continue joint efforts in applying this methodology, enabling companies to advance in adopting practices that improve natural resource management and enhance synergies between processes.
